This week, SCREAM!
December 20, 1996, a movie was created that would change the course of horror films. Scream was born and a franchise that followed in the footsteps of the slashers of days past was created. Now, the violence in the movie is a bit odd because, how could a person live after being hurt that many times in one movie? It’s satire; that’s the whole point of the movie! The movie has a great story line and it never gets old. Finding out who the murder is always seems to be one of the most adrenaline rushing parts of the movie. With the protagonists always looking over their shoulders, it gives you even more fear and causes you to look over your own. That’s the power these movies have on people. If you haven’t seen Scream 1996, GO WATCH IT!!
