Grand Oaks Girls Varsity basketball beat College park at home 55-36 on Jan. 11. They were led by sophomore duo, point guard Bree Riley who scored 14 points and point guard Margen Allen who scored 13. Riley is now only 10 points away from the 1,000 career points; Riley will be the first girl in school history to score 1,000 points. Allen is also approaching the thousand point career points and is 300 points away.

The Grand Oaks Varsity Girls Basketball Team will be playing again on Saturday, Jan. 14 against Caney Creek as they move their way through district, and Riley gets closer to 1000 career points.
