Yoseline Mendoza is currently a senior at Grand Oaks High School. Yoseline has always had a huge passion for writing, especially when it comes to topics that inform young people about our current world! She is truly thankful and excited to play an important role in the editing process of writing as well. Apart from writing and editing, she also enjoys listening to music, dancing, watching Netflix series, and has an obsession with Latin pop artists. Throughout her life, Yoseline has always been close to her family and has found inspiration for her writing from the obstacles that both her parents have overcome in the U.S. She will be the first to graduate from high school out of her whole family! The ability for her to relate to and represent other Hispanic students is essential as a Mexican-American girl herself. At the end of the day, Yoseline’s love for writing gives her a voice that she can proudly share with her school and community.
